The Alden Bootmaker Edition plain toe blucher is crafted with hand selected one piece aniline calfskin leather uppers and stained sole and heel edges. A Natural Chromexcel PTB certainly stands out in a crowd and looks great with jeans.

Each Alden New England shoe offers breathable comfort that lasts all day long. A layer of cork underneath the insole provides both insulation and resilience.  A tempered steel shank is expertly contoured within each shoe and triple ribbed for extra strength. The shank provides a backbone to keep the shape of a fine welt shoe and additionally offers remarkable support for lasting comfort.  Oak tanned leather bends are cut into outsoles at factory for maximum control of quality, crafted not only with good looks, but with the integrity of fine shoemaking.
